Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
i am falling behind in my mortgage, foreclosure is unavoidable in WI. Wife quit her job in wi to go back to school and we want to move to mn, where i work, before the foreclosure stuff happens. Can we file a 7 in MN after 6 mos residency in MN?
