Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
What forms are needed for chapter 7 bankruptcy
I am attempting to file chapter 7 bankruptcy soon and I have access to the forms I need but am not sure which ones to download. I have no assets and about 11,000 dollars of debt, mostly hospital bills. I just need an idea of where to start with the forms as well as the cost of filing them in court.

If you are unable to figure that out from the form instructions, my advice would be to retain an attorney. A safe rule would be "when in doubt, file the form." My average bankruptcy filing packet these days is about 32 pages. It gets larger every few years due to new requirements.
