Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
My franchise agreement states the franchisor "may" terminate agreement if I default because of bankruptcy. Can a court under a Chapter 13 void the agreement if it can be determined the franchise arrangement is financially a burden to me? How about a non-compete clause in the agreement?

Yes to the first, so long as your local procedure is filed. Courts differ on the second question.
