how often can you take the chapter 7 means test in wi.? can you submit another test after failing the first time or do you get just get one attempt

I think you should consult with a bankruptcy attorney. The means test helps your attorney determine if you should file chapter 7 or not. It looks at your last 6 months of income, and there are no actual attempts. Your bankruptcy attorney shouldn't be filing a chapter 7 in a situation where you do not seem to qualify to begin with.

You can "take" the test as often as you want to, but if you did not pass the first time I would be curious what has changed to make you think you will pass this time? Have you considered filing for Chapter 13 protection?
