Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
working 70+ hours per week....
I'm working over 70 hours per week for over 2 years and can't get caught up on bills. If I file chapter 13 would my income be based on those wages or is it possible to cut my hours back to 40 or 50?

You'd have to formulate a Chapter-13 plan based on your current, actual income. You could, however, talk to an attorney about formulating a plan based on the wages that you would work if you cut back your hours.
