I was approached and asked if I could get insurance to tear down mobile homes and remove the scrap metal afterwards, and when that project was complete if I would mow lawns in the mobile home community... What do I need to do this

Any attorney will say to contact your insurance company and ask about coverage for this type of project. You also need to look into the various permits required by the city to do the project. Then, assuming your have the required licenses to do this work, with a good estimation of time and materials, you will be able to provide your quote.
