In the state of Wisconsin do contracts have to have the contract length (service contract) spelled out clearly on the front of the contract?

Re: Contract Length
Hello, It is impossible to answer this question without knowing more about the nature of the contract. In general, contracts do not have to be in writing to be enforceable. Real estate contracts do have to be in writing. Other contracts, it is usually up to the parties. Again, you need to provide more facts to an attorney -- maybe call a couple on the phone to see what they say. Best wishes, Mark J. Mahoney
