Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin
Could you direct me to a resource for determining a fair profit split in a partnership where each party's function is significantly different than the others'? A calculator of sorts would be ideal.

There is no "partnership calculator." It depends on a number of different factors that must be considered. These kinds of cases are highly fact dependent so you should consult a business attorney in your area for specifics.
