Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin
A fellow employee has taken a large sum of money from the corporation. My employer is willing to have him repay what he has taken and let it go. Can the employer do that? Is it legal for her to "let it go" without contacting the authorities?

That is an issue left entirely up to the employer.
