Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin
Must an LLC (Limited Liability Corp) in Wisconsin include "LLC" on its advertising materials such as sales brochures? How about on its letterhead and business cards?

If you do not use the LLC designation, you basically lose the advantage of operating as a limited liability entity, meaning that creditors could go after you, rather than just after your business. For that reason, you would always want to use the LLC designation.
