Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin
Partnership agreement
In Febuaury 2005 I was forced to leave a partnership still to this day for no apparent reason. A lenghtly drawnout buyout agreement was completed in Dec. 2005. Months after this agreement was sign I came across an email that stated my partners may have not documented sales of equipment during this buyout process to put the P&L's in there favor thus showing the company less profitable then it may have been. Do I have a case to go after them for more money based off of this finding?

Re: Partnership agreement
If representations made at the time of signing were fraudulent, you may have some standing to proceed. All the facts and circumstances would have to be considered, including whether the entity now has the ability to pay. Good luck.
