power of attorney
we live in md but have ahome in wi that we are selling my husband can't make it to the sale signing . do we need a POA for md or wi or both?

You need a POA that the title company handling the sale in WI will accept. Have either a WI atty or MD atty do a draft and run it past your title company. Once that's done, you know signatures done pursuant to the POA will be accepted and therefore guaranteed by the title company.
