Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin

Hello I am starting an online server and made my own terms and conditions and I am not sure if some of can be legally viable in court and don't know if i have included everything, My state is Wisconsin if that helps any. I appreciate any advice that could be given.

The server and all that it offers is for entertainment purposes only and by accessing the website, game server and anything affiliated with it you are agreeing to follow the rules set forth by the server owner. Failure to follow the rules that the server owner has made will be considered a disruption to the server and will open up grounds for the server owner to take legal measures to compensate for problems that might of occurred due to your actions, the amount to be charged in U.S currency for such compensation will be up to the server owners decision and you agree to pay all legal fees that might occur to the server owner because of your actions. Once a connection has been made to the server you give up all rights for a refund. In the event that a connection cannot be made, the server owner will try to get in contact with you to find a solution and if nothing can come from the solution a refund can be given. The server owner holds no legal obligations to keep the server, and anything affiliated with it, running for any reasons and only offers the server for entertainment purposes only and can shut the server down and anything affiliated with it at anytime for any reason for how ever long the server owner deems fit. By accessing the server and anything affiliated with it you agree to not use, build, display or advertise any companies logos, ideas, and products without their consent and the server owners consent. By accessing the server and anything affiliated with it, you take full responsibility for any actions that might be performed through your account. If you are not 18 or older in age your must first get the approval of a parent or guardian in order to access the server and in doing so they take all responsibility for any actions that might occur on the account and agree to the terms and conditions I have listed. By accessing the server and anything affiliated with it you agree and understand that the server owner is *name here*. By accessing and playing on the server and anything affiliated with it you agree and understand that things may change to fit the needs of the server owner whether it be to make the server more secure, enjoyable, etc and you agree that it is your duty to check regularly for these changes.
