Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin
Startup business
We want to start a new business. With paid for candybars from major candy companies. Is there a problem selling these on what we call a candygram, where the candybars would be placed in a sentence. Example: Please don't SNICKER at me.

Re: Startup business
Since you would be ussing a trademarked name, you would need an agreement with the company licensing the use of that name for a commercial purpose.
