Termination of Employees
If an employee is an At-Will employee not a contracted employee, do you need to tell the employee why he is being fired or can you tell him to just leave?

Re: Termination of Employees
Unless some other statute applies, you may merely
dismiss an at will employee without a reason.
However, if the employee claims the dismissal was
for an improper reason, you may ultimately be
compelled to disclose an "appropriate" reason.
