Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

if a 17yr old was text messaging a high profile person and they were exchanging pictures and this high profile person was being charged with other crimes and now this, do the parents and or the 17 yr old have a case against this high prfile person? This case has not been made public yet because they are still doing there investagation and this will be big news once it is made public

I guess the best answer is "maybe." Without knowing more of the information and without knowing some of the details relating to the texts and photos, it is difficult to give a clear answer. There certainly may be damages which may have occurred, but the information which you have indicated does not allow me to give a more detailed answer.
