Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

Anonymous letter

I received a phone call today from an attorney representing my former employer. They want to talk to me about an anonymous letter. I assume they think I wrote it. Do I have to go and talk to the attorney?

This was at a preschool I worked at. I did get a phone call last week from a parent telling me they had a problem with a teacher there and called social services. I told her she over reacted. She wanted me to send the problems I had with the other teacher to social services and I wouldn't. My husband told me he thought it sounded fishy.

If I don't meet with their attorney can they do anything over an anonymous letter. I think I am being set up by someone there who did not like me.

No. There is no need to meet your opponent's attorney. You can have your own attorney in such matters and discuss the issue with him. For attorneys who can guide you in this matter visit http://rajendran.parameswaran.googlepages.com/home
