Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

I want to know if I even have a case

Hi my name is Kristen. I nursed my daughter for the whole year. Everytime I worked my employer never offered a place for me to pump my breast. So I would have to go out to my car to pump my breast. I sill work there but I want to know if I even have a case because my sister said that is a federal law to provide women with a comfortable place to go pump their breast.w

There is no law that says an employer must provide a place for women to pump their breast milk. However, if the employer provided a place for men to do personal/private matters and it could have also provided you with the same accommodation, then the employer may possibly have violated the laws prohibiting gender/sex discrimination. The idea being that you, as a woman, should have equal rights to accommodations that the employer is willing to provide to men.

You can file a complaint with the Equal Rights Division or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for investigation and a determination of you rights.
