If that is correct, then I think that if they are not responding to your requests for information as to when the judgment is going to be paid, you will need to proceed with further proceedings against them, which would allow you to attach assets, garnish wages, etc. You need to make sure that the judgment was filed with the Court, so that assets of the company will have the judgment potentially attached if they should attempt to sell property, etc. You may then need the assistance of the Court to help you obtain financial information about the company as to their assets, bank accounts, property, etc. and then proceed to go after their assets to recover your money.
