correction of clerical error in birth certificate
Wants to change an error in the birth certificate, instead of June 22, 1978, what appears is June 12, 1978. Is The error substantial or Clerical?

I would contact the Vital Statistics Office at the County Courthouse where the birth occurred to find out from the clerk the procedure to have any correction made. I do not know if providing them with medical records is sufficient or if you need to go to Court to get a Court Order to have the correction made.
