Custodial Rights of a Minor
At what age can my child chose where she wants to live; with her mother or her father?

Re: Custodial Rights of a Minor
Her sole decision in this regard may be made at age 18.
Her wishes will be considered, but not determinative, from age 14 up assuming she is of ordinary intelligence and competent.
