Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

Employment Law..

I want to know if I honestly have a case against my previous employer (Large Company)? - I experienced on numerous occasions acts of racial discrimination towards me - yet feared backlash if I confronted the issue. Am I looking at a case against them being that I had to resign due to the matters?

There is not enough information to answer your question. If you did not let anyone in management or a supervisor know of the harassment, it may be a difficult case because you're supposed to give an employer a chance to correct improper or discriminatory behavior.
