Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin
my friend is getting tickets illegally
ok my friend had planed to not come home one day after work and his dad knew this and my freind knew his dad knew it. so he parked his car down the street so his dad would not find him after work. but i guess the police were called by his dad. now my friend did not know this. so he gets pulled out of work by the police. and he gets a ticket for ''hiding his car from the police''. now that i think can be argued. he did not know the police were coming. wait but theres more. so remember his car is down the street it has nothing to do with steve, he didnt even get into it or go near it. and the cop said can i search your car? steve ''my friend'' said no, you dont have a pobaple cause and i wasnt even in my car to begin with. so the cop just took the keys out of his pocket and searched it. found a pack of ciggarettes and fire crackers. so he got a ticket for hiding form police when he really didnt know they were coming his dad did not tell him that he was going to call the police, and he got a ticket for possesion of tobacco, and possesion of fireworks. so i was wondering and i think im right, but can he get most if not all of those charges droped because of the police oficers failure to follow the law. he cant afford and attoreny. so...?

By all means advise your friend to engage a counsel of his own choice so that he can assert his right.
