Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin
Illegal videotaping
My son's girlfriend was basically ''lured'' into the bosse's son's office. He ''pretended'' to cover the lens, then threw himself on her across a desk, kissing her and then getting her to straddle him. It was less than 2 minutes. This was later downloaded to a cell phone and passed around and eventually found its way to my son's cell phone. Needless to say he wonders if this is legal?

Did your son's girlfriend "agree" to this behavior? If not, it may be sexual harassment (employment) as well as a criminal violation (sexual assault) that could be reported to the police.
