Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

lesbian discrimination

My employer has hired two lesbians,I'm ok with this but there is one individual who constantly will laugh as she walks by them and say's very loudly...''I didn't know that this company hires those kind'' isnt this discrimination,and what can be done about it,my boss is never around when this happens,should I report this?

Certainly, your co-worker is creating a hostile work environment based upon the sexual orientation of your other co-workers. If they have followed the company guidelines for reporting the behavior, or just reported to a supervisor, they well be entitled to bring a lawsuit for sexual harassment.
