Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

Personal & Emotional Harassment. I quit my job.
I quit my job at a lg financial firm after 4 mos of employment due to a hostile work environment brought on by my boss.Some things just started out as small talk,but more and more comments he said would just not let up.About a wk before I quit I brought issues to attn of HR and they talked to him,4 days later I quit.Some of the things he would say or ask repeatedly:Come to his church; how I was like him and his wife;He would degrade my religion;He would pry about my personal life:what I did after work,on weekends,where I lived;the way I talked; opening an acct with our institution;he was ''throwing himself for me'' or don't worry I'm not trying to get fresh with you.''The list goes on.I hated work and would cry my way home.I dreaded a new wk b/c I never knew how he would ridicule and degrade me next & couldn't sleep because of nightmares. He did admit he was:''Guilty as charged!'' when replying to the comments.He then went on to say that I'd been an issue when I was hired,even in the interviews,because of the way I talked and dressed.He said I was unprofessional.HR told me that there was nothing wrong with the way I talked and dressed and they were sorry my employment did not turn out better.Is there anything I can do?

Call the EEOC [blue pages] and ask them to give you an opinion. They will take it from there.
