Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin
Sold motorcycle
We sold our Harley Davidson over the Internet to a buyer in Canada. Since receiving the bike, he now states he wants his money back. We sold the bike ''as is''. Please advise what our legal rights are. He got a very good deal on the bike.

Re: Sold motorcycle
He bought the bike as is, he's stuck with it.
However, if you are in the business of selling bikes, you might want to make sure that your customer is satisfied. Legally, once he took title, there's not much he can do other than make your life miserable.
Canadaian law may have something different to say about it, and you may find yourself subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts due to the internet sale.
