I am staying in a motel in Wisconsin dells and I am very displeased with my service and room, what will happen if I do not pay?

I would not recommend that type of action. If you leave without paying, I think you risk having the police contacted, with the possibility of criminal charges being issued against you. I would instead contact the management, in an attempt to get the services improved, or move to another motel. You can certainly attempt to get some resolution at the end or after leaving, and you can file a complaint after leaving with the Better Business Bureau or other such organizations, in addition to doing on-line reviews of the motel. Those discussions with the management might prompt them to work this out with you.
