Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wisconsin

Can I get sued for making a webpage?

I am a college freshman, who had an unplesant experience at a local restaurant. I went in and asked to be put on the waiting list for a table, which the manager was doing until I told him I was alone. Then he told me he was just going to put me at the (overcrowded) bar. I told him I didn't want that and he said he was sorry. So I told him, to forget it, and I left. My question is, can I make a website: www.''ThisRestaurant''Sucks.com and tell my experience at the restaurant and how much of a jerk I think the manager was and how I don't think anyone should go to that restaurant? I know I can make the website, I want to know if I can be sued for doing it. Being a college freshman, I have virtually zero money, but I want people to know what happened, and how rude the manager was about the whole situation. I want to know if there is something that I can put on the website, some sort of disclaimer, to make sure, I don't have any unfortunate run-ins with the law later on.

Thanks for your time,

Adam

Article One of the U.S. Constitution enpowers you to rant if that is what you want to do. Think it over.
