How do i get back a vehicle i own and have a loan for? I got the loan and my boyfriends sister agreed to pay it every month. I just found out she hasnt paid it in 18 months. and no i have to pay it and she wont give it back. How can i legally take it back. I got a replacement title for it.

If the title is in your name, then you own the vehicle and can legally get it. If the loan is in your name, then you are responsible for it, and not your boyfriend's sister.
