Voting rights and adult guardianship
Are individuals who have been judged mentally incompetent and require a legal adult guardian permitted to vote?

Unless one's voting privileges have been rescinded for some legal reaon such as conviction of a felony, all US citizens have voting rights, including those who suffer from mental illness.
