Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Wisconsin
Social Security
1) As a parrent, what right do I have to bind to my minor child to a voluntary program ''Scocial Securty''
without thier consent? In effect, removing their right to choose and creating a future obligation that is without recourse.
2) What codified power does the United States Government hold in enforcing binding obligation of an individual when such was is performed without the individuals knowledge, consent, or when sill a minor below age of 16? ie: signing the SS5 form for another or when for oneself when below age 16.
Note: I've yet to get an answer from my Senator and was referred to the agency level to obtain answers via FOIA request. Am now doing so. Anyone out there care to take on the buracracy and stand for what is right?

Re: Social Security
Social security is not a "voluntary prgram". Accepting SS benefits when you become eligible may be voluntary, but paying into the system is not. You are obligated to do this not because your parents got you a social security number but because the law requires it of everyone.
