Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Buyer cannot deliver sold item, Wisconsin
Hello,
I purhcased a bicycle retailer in Wisconsin. I received an email copy of the invoice and my credit card was charged.
In short, they bicycle was supposed to have a 19'' frame, and I have that in writing.
The seller now states all they have is a 17'' frame which is too small for me.
Do I have any recourse? Do I have to file a claim?
To buy the sale bicycle elesewhere will cost $200 more than the one I thought I had purchased.
Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Buyer cannot deliver sold item, Wisconsin
If you get your money back, then just start looking for a new deal. If you don't get your money back, do a charge back on your credit card. You can report the seller to the BBB and state attorney general's office if you think they intentionally tricked you.
