Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Car lease
I signed a car lease in my name and my boyfriend at the time signed as the co-signer. We are no longer together. He is the one who makes the payments on the car and is driving the car. I need to know what my options are to get my name off the lease and how I would go about doing this.

Unless leasing co will release you you are stuck. You shoiuld get confimation that EAch payment is made on time + it is FULLY insured.
