Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
company undercharged consumer, wants difference
I purchased sheet metal @ $70/sheet. I was quoted this price by 3 dif. people. The purchase was paid for in cash in full & product was received. We have a receipt marked paid in full describing the items purchased. Company is now calling & saying that they undercharged & would like us to pay the difference or they can come pick up the metal. Do I legally owe them any further monetary compensation when the mistake was on their part & the sale was final.

You had an offer + acceptance + performance. The contract was complete.
