Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Contract for Rustproofing/Paint Sealant on new Toyota
I signed a contract for rustproofing and paint sealant when I purchased a new Toyota. Next day I decided it was a mistake and called my dealer. He verbally told me they would release me from the contract, but when I went in later I was told he no longer worked there and I legally am required to honor the contract. Is there any way I can get out of this contract? Thank you.

How much at stake? Talk to owner or GM of dealer. Next step BBB or atty.
