Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Creators
I live in Wisconsin. How often can a Creator call you before it's consider hassement?

Creators and Creditors
Our Creator generally calls upon us only once in life, and that is generally our final call. However, if you meant to say "creditor," it is difficult for civilized calls discussing payment arrangements to legally constitute harassment under WI law, as long as the calls are within normal business hours. There are other ways, however the make them stop calling, the most effective being bankruptcy. You should therefore consult with an experienced bankruptcy attorney. There are also options short of bankruptcy if you timely disputed the debt, such as demanding litigation rather than other types of contact. Attorneys can help you with these less drastic options as well.
