Illegal Means to sign Contract

How to I proceed to get my money back from a contract I signed under inaccurate information and illegal means ? The State has agreed that the contract is illegal. I still have not gotten anything resolved.

Hire an attorney if you don't know how to collect if there is enough involved. Otherwise you can go to small claims and then have someone collect, or try to collect.
