Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Judgment
I had a default judgment in 2002, I was not informed of a court date, no summons nothing.
I have been told I can vacate this, and I have been told I have to file a motion to reopen the judgment, which would be in my better interests.

Re: Judgment
Yes you must proceed by Motion to Reopen and present the requirements under the Rules of Civil Procedure. You may need to present a bond as well. Call or e-mail for further assistance.
