used motorcycle
we sold a used motorcycle ''as is'' now the buyer found a few blemishes and wants his money back-does he have any recourse?
he is threatening to travel 2,000 miles to bring the bike back to get his money-we told him he is not getting his money back

If he comes all that way, you may have a much bigger problem on your hands than the money for the bike. is it worth it?
Think carefully on it, before refusing his money back for the bike, if it is in the same condition as when you sold it.
On the other hand, you might try to mediate the case. Which would save him the trip, save you to potential danger and save every the headache.
People are funny about their bikes.
