Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Property sold, paid for and never picked up
Can I resell a piece of equipment that was sold four years ago? Customer paid for it and had 90 days to pick it up. we have contacted him several times to please remove it from our yard. He is in another state. What are my options?

No go ahead and sell it, after of course refunding money to the original customer.
