receiption contract
i have a contract with a hall and it states mandatory gratuity of 17%. I would be fine if it went to the employees, my best mans brother works there as a server and i asked him how much he made in tips he said none. i get the final estimate and they don't list the 17% as gratuity but as a service charge.
