reop of a car
We had a car we let go back due to being a rely junker.They sold it for over $ 7,000 and now seven years later they want us to pay another $9.000.Said they had to work fast only have till 9-01-07 or they can not do any thing have aletter back from 2003 trying to take care of it they said they had no record of us.What do i do

Do they have a judgment? If not they may be barred by Statute of Limitations.
