Suv engine failed at 90000 miles/legal recourse
Do I have any legal rights when my truck engine fails at 90000 miles?
I purchased this vehicle used at 19000 miles and it is an 02 Suburban.

No, the only rights you have in a used vehicle are with respect to any warranty valid when you bought it. If you bought it "as is," then you're stuck.
