Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
Unsatisfactory workmanship
In June of this year I made arrangements with a national home supply company to have windows and siding put on son's house. After three months they finally completed the job, but I am not happy with service. Windows are perfect, but some work done by the siders had to be redone. The work was sloppy and unprofessional. I asked for some monetary compensation for the time and aggravation; they refused. They want me to sign off on the job and pay the entire balance. I cannot sign a paper that implies I am satisfied with the job. What are my options?

Pay and sue for refund. GO to co. owner and negotiate. Call the BBB. Hire an attorney.
