Legal Question in Consumer Law in Wisconsin
unsolicited charges
Internet company check me later billed us for services we neither requested or used. We refused to pay in letter form stating that the charges they were giving us were not valid. They have now turned us over to a collection agency. The collection agency suggests that we pay them and then sue Check me Later for the amount. What is your suggestion?
