WI, did'nt recieve merchandice

Purcesed a$3200.00 bed. We have the reciept. The bed was in the warehouse with our name on it. The store was forclosed on by the bank. No one will talk to us!

Consumer Issue WI, Did'nt Recieve Merchandice

You should immediately consult with an attorney to get your money back. You should also dispute this matter with your credit card company and/or stop payment on your check. Your attorney may need to sue the bank who took possession of your goods.

You need to make demand on the bank for delivery of the bed pursuant to the UCC.

If purchase was in the normal course of business, the bed should be exempt from the secured interest of the bank.
