Judgement for money

I have a judgement for money against someone who has not paid me. How can I legally get this person to pay me this money?

Re: Judgement for money

You may serve them with an Order for Financial Disclosure - go back to court and speak with the clerk about how to get the judge or court commissioner to sign one for you. Then serve it on them. They must answer the questions about income, bank accounts, etc. under oath. If they don't, then you can go back to court with a motion to have them held in contempt (and get the information from them at that point in time, or get them ARRESTED). If they fill it out, then you can take the information and figure out if garnishing their wages or their bank accounts is the best way to go.
