Payment on judgement for small claims case

My question is can the medical clinic that i owe money to. charge me interest after they have been awarded a certian amount in a small claims judgement. The origainl amout was $1121.32 and now they want me to pay over $1800.00. I am trying to get this cleared off my credit history. If i could get a responce soon. I need to pay this off as part of a loan.

WI allows 12% interest on all judgments.
