Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I need help

My 17 year old brother was arrested on account that he fled an officer. However thats not quite what it was. He went in the ditch and ran to get me cause it was cold. The officers were rude, rough, and they lied. I have no proof but my word. I seen the way they treated him and they way they verbally attacked him and me. They then threatened my fiance saying if he didn't fill out a statement against my brother they would arrest him. The officers lied in their statements about what happened. They also searched our house without our permission. They also started questioning him before reading his miranda rights. I guess what im asking is if theres any way to go against them in court and who to talk to because everyone Ive tried talking to wont help me at all. Is there any way to get the case through out because of what they did. My family doesn't have much money so they can't afford a good lawyer. Please I ask you for you help. Thank You and God Bless

Fleeing an Officer and Obstructing

Fleeing an officer in a vehicle is a felony in WI, and running on foot is usually charged as misdemeanor obstructing, punishable by up to nine months in jail. Your brother's first concern should therefore be resolving the criminal charges against him. Police misconduct in getting witness statements and Miranda violations must all be first addressed in the criminal court. Suing an officer for lying is an exercise in futility--they are authorized by law to lie and deceive suspects in the course of a lawful official investigation. Find an experienced criminal lawyer for your brother as soon as possible if you really want to help him.
